Over the past week, Southwire facilities in west Georgia, Honduras, Denton and Canada hosted their annual Walk for Water events in support of Water Mission! The Walk for Water event raises awareness for the global water crisis, and at the event, participants walked a course that is roughly the same length as the daily route that many people around the world take to get fresh water each day. One person dies every 37 seconds from water-related illnesses. Help us change that by participating virtually or at a Walk near you! For more information about the Walk and how you can participate regardless of your location, visit the link in bio. #southwire #projectGIFT #watermission #walkforwater
