“During a weeklong stay in Venice with my family, we took a day trip to the colourful island of Burano. As a keen Instagrammer, I’d seen images of the brightly coloured houses before but I was keen to see them for myself - they did not disappoint. At every turn and on every street, the houses were painted in bright vibrant colours from top to bottom. I came away with hundreds of brightly coloured shots, each trying to capture the character of the island. This was one of my favourites - I was drawn to this tiny little property squeezed in amongst the other brightly coloured buildings.
