The tomb contains the remains of unidentified soldiers from World War I, World War II and the Korean War. It's guarded 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and in any weather by Tomb Guard sentinels -- volunteers who are part of the 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment, also known as "The Old Guard."
