There are many differences between two of the main programs of emphasis the Order of the Arrow organizes: the National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) and Operation Arrow. While NOAC is a gathering solely for thousands of Arrowmen, Operation Arrow is limited to just a few hundred. With a chance to get to know our national officers more personally, and a discounted price to attend the entire National Scout Jamboree, Operation Arrow is an event you'll fondly remember. #OpArrow #NatJamboree23 #SummitOn #oabsa
