To show you how much we've improved the technology in photography, this is a photo of Michael Jordan that I shot on December 2, 1986 vs. the Seattle SuperSonics at the Seattle Center Coliseum using Fuji color film that was pushed to 1600 ASA. Shooting color was challenging unless you had ceiling mounted strobes at the top of the arena, which of course were limited to the team, NBA Properties, or one of the major news organizations.
