"I want a future where a room full of female software engineers is as common as a room full of male software engineers is today. I realize that in order to see changes, sometimes one needs to act as an agent of change. It won't happen unless women like me step outside our comfort zone to showcase the achievements we have made. This is why I am actively seeking opportunities to speak about the software systems that I have built so I can encourage and inspire younger women to go into software engineering." - Winnie, Lead Software Engineer 💻💫 Be part of a diverse group of innovators in Technology & Digital at the link in our bio! - - - - - - #DisneyCareers #LifeAtDisney #DisneyTech
