Today's #PrideMonth spotlight is Kathy, Studio Director at ESPN! 🎧 🏳️‍🌈 ✨ "The only thing between me and my audience, is their TV screen. As a director, I must put the audience first in everything I do. I need to think about how graphics read - is there too much information, not enough? Should I add action shots, video to add another layer, etc. The viewer comes first, when you're a director. Essentially, the audience is the reason I have a job!" - - - - - - #LGBTQIAPrideMonth #PrideMonth #DisneyCareers #LifeAtDisney
