We teamed up with the brilliant @ivee.jobs the platform reshaping return-to-work journeys, to host a community-powered picnic with mums navigating job hunts, career pivots, and post-baby professional identity. It stayed dry (yes!), the kids ran wild, and the conversations hit deep. 🎯 Career gaps 💬 Redundancy 🧠 Confidence And underneath it all: so much talent. What stood out most? The hunger to build.
