Mum guilt doesn’t skip the red carpet.
Love this @bafta bts vid from @jessiej 🤣👌👌 so good! Also loved the honesty that it was her son Sky’s last day of being one… and she was feeling sad to miss it.
Why? Well, it was such a simple, powerful nod to something so many of us feel. Whether you’re heading to a night shift, a client pitch, or the BAFTAs mum guilt is real. It can show up at any time, and it doesn’t care how rich, famous, or cool you or your job is.
Being a mum. Loving our little ones. Trying to do our thing. We’re all in it. We all feel it sometimes — and we get it. This stuff? It unites us.
Shout-out to the mega @jessiej for saying it out loud, keeping it real — and then going on to absolutely smash it on stage (goosebumps watching your performance 👏).
A reminder that you can love your kid harder than life itself — and still carve out space to show up for you. That’s not selfish. That’s balance.
PS thanks for the rest of the bts glam entertainment - living life vic...
