🚀 An incredible Women’s Health workshop with the renowned Dr. Annabel Sowemimo @soafrodiziac Mobsters, this one was special. We had an amazing hangout today where we got to dive deep into perimenopause, menopause, and the realities of navigating the healthcare system as mums. One thing that really stood out? So many of us feel lost when it comes to knowing who to ask for help, what to ask, and when to push for answers. Dr. Annabel gave us so much clarity—helping us better understand what’s “normal” (if there is such a thing!), what options are out there, and when to seek support. It was eye-opening, empowering, and a reminder that we deserve to be informed and heard.
