With fathers day upon us we are kicking off this week with a #mouthymobster about a MAN who builds the future - see my mate Chas who works at #Aon Chas took extended parental leave for both his children when not many where doing it (in the somewhat traditional world of insurance)… and Aon supported the change in their culture that resulted in many more men doing the same now.
