On Wednesday evening we hosted our launch event at therealalco_e17 , East London's finest, and coolest cider and beer distributor and Taproom. We were privileged to have the real Al-ice speak to us. Alice spoke about the highs and lows of running a demanding business whilst being a mum, and shared some topics that nearly all Mobsters could identify with including the joy of dedicated mum time, the new strengths, the constant juggle, the need for good communication and prioritisation, and difficulties with boundaries. One particular challenge called out was the need for quality family time and business time, as Alice runs the business with her partner, so work and play can bleed into one another a lot. That topic drove a lot of chat around the need to dedicate time for partners and have it set in stone, to give them your full attention.
