Ready for a party? Boston City Hall Plaza is turning into a massive Halloween party this Saturday, October 31, and admission is completely free. BLAIR 2026: Halloween Edition returns from 6 PM to 11:30 PM, celebrating women in Boston’s creative community with live performances, DJ sets, costumes and a cultural marketplace. The all-women lineup features performances by Nay Speaks, Lynn and Kash Kyla, alongside sets from BLXSS, Baby Indiglo and DJ Miss Milan. Visitors can also explore women-owned pop-up businesses, grab food from local vendors, take Halloween photos and warm up inside a heated tent throughout the evening.
