Eight years after his last major victory, Phil Mickelson gave an enthralling performance to win the 2021 PGA Championship. He finished two shots ahead of Louis Oosthuizen and two-time past victor Brooks Koepka at Kiawah Island’s Ocean Course, ending on six-under for the tournament.  By winning at age 50 Mickelson broke the record for the oldest major winner, taking the title previously held by Julius Boros, who won the PGA Championship in 1968 at age 48. In a long and storied career, Mickelson now has six major trophies to his name.  "It might take a little extra work, a little bit harder effort to maintain physically or maintain the skills, but gosh, is it worth it in the end,” he said (📷 Patrick Smith/Getty Images).  . . . #philmickelson #pgachampionship #brookskoepka #louisoosthuizen #juliusboros #golf
