Remember the why…Because you have to. For YOU.
One year, 4 jobs, endless hours of work, travelling all over the world , few hours of sleep, skipping meals due to the lack of time, lots of stress, 2 bad knees…so many excuses but I didn’t use any of them.
I never skipped a workout and I’m proud of myself 😎
Remember: a workout is only 4% of your day….What can possibly be your excuse?
