WHO is assisting the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control & health authorities to respond to an outbreak of yellow fever that was confirmed in November 2020 with case investigation, case management & community engagement.⠀ ⠀ #Nigeria🇳🇬 has been battling successive yellow fever outbreaks since September 2017 and is one of the countries implementing the global Eliminate #YellowFever Epidemics strategy.
