We have learned that time is a thief!! So what we do with the time that we have and the people we have it with MATTERS!! . God gives only one life, so we need to be intentional with it! And man sometimes that is HARD when it comes to raising kids. It can be exhausting and overwhelming and so mundane that being intentional seems out of reach! . We’ve learned it’s the little things that matter. The extra snuggle, the eye contact, bending down to listen to them, the one more bedtime story, the excitement in your voice when they show you something, and so much more. The little things add to up big things in the end when it comes to intentionality! And man sometimes we are so bad at it over here!! But trying to remind ourselves of the little time we have with them before we wish had more! .
