Therefore we want our kiddos to be the ones who ALWAYS encourage others, empower others, and celebrate others! It’s a joy and a gift to build others up and it’s an amazing character trait. One that can lead and change the world! . We start this in our home! We encourage, empower, and celebrate one another on a regular basis. And if there are screaming and unkind words spoken to one another, we speak to it and teach to it.
