💥 Want to learn how to do a commando jump? It takes a little courage, but you can do it!
💥 Start with walk ups from your knees, testing your leg strength
💥 Progress by putting your hands on the floor and jumping from your knees into a catcher’s squat position
💥 Now get ready to use that leg power! Try jumping from your knees onto both legs, but catch yourself with your hands. This is the hardest progression!
💥 When you feel confident, take away your hands, and you’ve got yourself a commando jump!
💥 Only try the full commando when you’ve MASTERED the other progressions. No one gets hurt on my watch!
