An inaugural camp preceding World Plastic Surgery Day was conducted on 14 July (Thursday) at 3 pm at VPS Lakeshore Auditorium. This short but enlightening event was inaugurated by the CEO - Mr S K Abdulla accompanied by the CMO - Dr H Ramesh, the Chief of Staff - Dr Mohan Mathew and the consultant plastic surgeons - Dr Abhijeet Wakure and Dr Momin Zakir. The Department of Plastic Surgery of VPS Lakeshore Hospital had been quite comprehensive since the recent past and many successful surgeries were performed over the wide time period. Dr Momin Zakir gave an overview of surgeries performed at the department which helped miraculously transform the lives of many patients.
