A 60 years old female, successfully underwent a rare 3D Laparoscopic Surgery for correcting the right ureter damage at VPS Lakeshore Hospital Kochi. She presented at the Urology OP with leakage from the ureter and was in a critical condition. She had history of renal stones and underwent 2 open surgeries elsewhere to correct it which resulted in the damage of ureter.
