Each year for the last 27 years on Memorial Day Weekend, our partners at tapsorg have welcomed hundreds of friends and family members grieving the death of a loved one who served our country for their National Military Survivor Seminar and Good Grief Camp.
On Thursday evening we were honored to have the opportunity to fly two Gold Star families to Washington, D.C. for the weekend in our Camo Plane, which raises awareness year-round for the TAPS organization. Our Camo Plane was piloted by Edward GaNun and Todd Tabb, both veterans, and joining the families on that flight were our COO, Retired Lt. General Tom Bergeson, and Retired Colonel Pam Bergeson, his wife, while the families’ TAPS mentors were there to greet the plane on the ground.
