Hoop, but not base ☹️? Let’s do something to fix that problem then 😉! This short tutorial is great for visual learners 🙂, if you pay close attention all I did was use use a water weight, a quad and the same 4 petal flower technique to add support and stability to the hoop, now you have a stable base for your hoop 😃 Now we have a nice delicate tropical themed centerpiece 👏🏻 You can check the my other short videos where I use this same technique for reference if you need it.
