Unexpected happens, and the past week I got a reminder about that… and as a small business owner all I can conclude is ⬇️ - Everything, almost everything in this life always has a solution. Communicate with your client, ALWAYS! - We are humans, and humans make mistakes. Is fixable? Fix it, even if it the error was not done on your side. - The best memories and lessons happen unexpected. Enjoy them and take with you the best of them! - Don’t allow anyone to make you feel you are wrong. Specially if you already explained and communicated the rules. If a client doesn’t vibe with your type of client, respectfully let them go. There is a lot of people that can help them, BUT ONLY ONE YOU!
