“Almost a year ago I passed my Redseal exam. That exam was the last thing I needed to do to complete my apprenticeship and become a fully journeywomen carpenter. And I wanted it so badly. I put alot of pressure on myself to pass and will get stuck in a frustrating loop, re-reading a question 100 times.  [ Advice ] To those who may be struggling, or struggled with, their red seal exam: A test does not define who you are as a tradesperson. Your WORK defines who you are. You can be an awesome tradesperson without the red seal but man… That fancy red seal looks good doesn't it? Haha.  Here's the thing, all I'm trying to say is.
