Think about it. They're designing and building new sets, creating custom costumes, doing hair and makeup, clearing music, rehearsing live musical performances, coordinating cameras and live production, sourcing talent, and somehow making sure the voting system doesn't crash. Meanwhile, the professional dancers are choreographing brand-new routines, teaching those routines to people who often have ZERO dance experience, learning additional group performances, creating TikTok content throughout the week, traveling, managing schedules, and, for many of them, raising families and maintaining lives outside of the show.
