11 years ago I had no friends, severely obese, lacked courage and confidence in myself and 7 years ago I decide to make a change. I started to get into shape and change my life around and 7 years later I stand on my 200th summit across the country!! Yes 200 mountain climbs! . . I was so outside of my comfort zone for this climb in particular because I've never climbed a volcano, or a Glacier, or a mountaineering climb and today I got to share it with my friend I met along the way. I may have been uncomfortable but I never felt more alive. I hope to continue to inspire until the day I die.
