1 month out from my Grand Teton summit attempt. Been going through relentless training getting my legs and lungs back from chase season. I'm as nervous for this climb as I was the Little Bear to Blanca traverse to conquer the Belly Roll move (hopefully without rope). About to really crank out some 14ers to get my quads to catch up to my lungs as they still burn quite badly on the steep ascents. Keep the head clear and I'm ready.
