Still wrapping my mind around Sunday nights EF3 tornado. Just a wide variety of emotions in a short amount of time. Part of me is excited. Nailing the forecasting, the thrill of the chase. But, the other part of me is still slightly haunted by having to do search and rescue knowing people dont have homes, after I got to sleep in my own bed last night. It's something every chaser will experience, but it never gets easier. The Dallas tornado also was my first October tornado and I have now seen tornadoes 11 out of the 12 months of the year. Remember, tornadoes dont care about that calendar. If the dynamics are there, they can happen! . . . . #dallastornado #tornado #supercell #storm #stormchasing #stormchaser #nature #weather #texas #october #breakingnews #journalism #destructive #historic #tornadoalley #thegreatplains
