While the hurricane season is off to a slow start, it only takes on hurricane to make a devastating blow. This was video I shot at ground zero as the eye of Cat 4 Hurricane Harvey passed right over me in Rockport, Texas. The inner eye wall was so strong it ripped the 4th, 3rd, and 2nd floor wall from the hotel and peeled back part of the roof. I finally slept as the second eye wall passed over with a waterfall coming through the roof and me laying sideways on the corner of the bed attempting not to get wet. The craziest chase of my life.
