Ooooohhhhhhh does this make your brain hurt?
I know, I get it.
But the truth is, ya gotta be able to handle some *gritty* pharmacology for CRNA school.
One of your main objectives when applying to CRNA school is proving to yourself and to programs that you can handle the rigorous curriculum (I swear, if I had a penny for every time I heard the word ‘rigorous’ in relation to anesthesia school….).
How do you do this?
Well, first, you take a look at your science grades from undergrad. Got As and B’s? Good on you.
B-’s or below in those core science classes? Think AP, pham, chemistry….Re-take them.
Consider even taking a graduate level course.
Why? Because you need to prove that you are not the C student today that you were 10 years ago in undergrad.
You’ve changed. You’ve matured. You’ve learned.
And no, they won’t just take your word for it, sorry.
You’ve got to prove it.
