Even though not every program *technically* requires it, it's pretty much an unspoken requirement. ⁠ ⁠ In fact, some highly competitive programs state on their website that they like to see additional certifications on top of the CCRN. Focus on your specialty, and what shows your expertise. ⁠ ⁠ A big takeaway from Nick was that you need to be doing TONS of practice questions. He states the last 5 days or so leading up to your exam, practice sitting down and doing a 100 questions a day.
