Greetings from Home of KitKat 🍫 in Russia! My name is Tatyana, I am 24 and currently working for the Supply Chain department of the KitKat factory in Perm 🇷🇺. I came to the factory as a trainee and after a 6-month training was offered a Junior Specialist position at Supply Chain! My role entails developing 💡the LEAN roll-out at the factory and supervising 🔍 projects on storage and traffic optimisation. I consider myself lucky to start my career at Nestlé, as I've been given opportunities to grow professionally as well as personally. Since my traineeship, I’ve learned and done things I never thought I would be able to do. 👍 Today I’m going to attend Nestlé Day at the High School of Economics University, as part of the EU Vocational Skills week.
