With more than 20 years in the watch and jewellery industry the ever-elegant Martina Hensel is a well-known figure on the German watch circuit. Back in 2013 the Ebstein family reached out to her to join the team, as they felt Martina would be someone with the knowledge to take care of the retail network in the German and German-speaking Swiss markets. How would you describe your work? “I do spend a lot of time in the car visiting our 35 retail partners in Germany. And I love the collaboration that we have, because it is so varied. Often I show our new products and take orders, and if needed, I also help with the displays or educate co-workers about Chronoswiss products and our modern mechanical values.
