Today we meet Isabelle Ruckstuhl, Sales Support/Administration in the Chronoswiss Lucerne atelier. “In a small independent family company everybody does everything. We help each other, and we have a great team spirit,” says Isabelle Ruckstuhl with a laugh. After two decades in sports marketing and events management, she changed her career path three years ago, and in February 2021 she joined Chronoswiss. How would you describe your work? “We are in an interesting phase right now inventing and implementing new procedures including improved e-commerce and digital presentations. In a nutshell we are making Chronoswiss more accessible and more personal for our customers.” How would you describe the teamwork at Chronoswiss? “As soon as I met the team, I knew that this is where I wanted to work.
