Meet Olivier! He is a farmer and one of our key partners in the ECO-Broye project. 💧👬 He works some of the fields in the protected zone above the Henniez sources. On those lands he can’t use any pesticides or phytosanitary products, as they might pose a risk to the groundwater. He has switched from an intensive agricultural approach to an extensive, more sustainable one.
