Don’t come home from vacation and jump right on the scale
Don’t pick at yourself
Don’t decide to be extra strict with your diet & cut carbs the next couple days
Don’t be searching for detox teas (let your organs handle the detoxing, it’s what they’re there for)
Just get back to your regular routine
Give your body a few days to adjust back to norm
I just got back from a 4 day vacation where I didn’t track or exercise
I’m not stressed
Here’s how I’m getting get back to routine:
- I’m hitting my macros & water intake today
- I meal prepped so I can be consistent AF with my nutrition
- I’m ready to get back into the gym tomorrow
Just like any other Sunday.
