The 2nd annual Tampa Bay Ice Cream Festival is taking over the St. Pete Pier on Sunday, July 16, from 11 am – 8 pm. Festival-goers will be able to enjoy ice cream and other sweet frozen treats as more than a dozen vendors will be serving their best creations from soft serve and craft scoop ice cream, to gelato, popsicles, and more. Attendees will also be voting for the first-ever Tampa Bay's Best Ice Cream Award. The ice cream celebration is free to attend, open to all ages, and takes place on the Pier Plaza, with parking available in St. Pete Pier parking lots or downtown.
