Today marks the start of Hispanic Heritage Month and we should honor that with amazing food! Here’s one of my favorite recipes inspired by the street food scene in Mexico: #elotes. Cooked in the husk over coals, topped with mayo, crema, my @badiaspices Mexican Fiesta blend, lime juice and chilies, it’s the ultimate side dish.
