#Repost @in2itivecontent with @make_repost ・・・ “I have two kids that have never seen me high or drunk. I have two boys that have never known me to lie or to manipulate,” chef Michael Solomonov reveals in the third episode of What’s Eating America. Solomonov was in the throes of severe drug addiction while he and his partners were opening the revered Philadelphia restaurant, Za’hav. That was back in 2008. Today, that very same restaurant is considered one of the best in the country and Solomonov himself is a five-time James Beard Award winner. He credits his twelve years of sobriety for so many milestones, both professionally and personally: “The promises are true. It does get better and… it’s literally one day at a time.” #whatseatingamerica
