Seafood from the coast of Chile is ridiculously good. I had too much fun trying everything at Angelmo Market in Puerto Montt, Chile from the crabmeat to ceviche…all from these beautiful waters. A vendor also told me how popular salmon is becoming amongst the locals. Though salmon farming has made mistakes in this region, I'm thrilled to see forward-thinking companies like Verlasso lead the way for innovation in sustainable aquaculture.
