I love my friends Skip and Chris from @islandcreekoysters ... they came in and shucked the hell out of our #aquacultureplated dinner @edeneastaustin for @sxsw ... love their oysters, their company culture and their commitment to sustainability... and they show up and donate their oysters and time to more good causes than I can count.
