Treasure the people in your life with experience, remain teachable and listen more than you speak. And when you do, be vulnerable and ask real questions that matter. So lucky to have this dude in my life. And to young cooks, when you see chefs who have spent a lifetime in our profession, introduce yourself and say “thank you”. They are the reason we get to do what we love.
