Read this. It’s important. So last night at #luckychopsticks I ran into Diego and Alex. They showed me pictures of us taken every year @sobewffest going back to when they were volunteers, then @fiuhospitality students and most recently Chef/owners of @templestreeteatery where they’ve participated in events I’ve hosted for the last 2 years celebrating food and culture ... their rise took 5 years. This is why i love @sobewffest ...celebrating amazing stories like this that come out of our primary charitable beneficiary @fiuhospitality ... @leeschrager and his team and thousands of chefs, volunteers and food event mavens, publicists and cooks, hotels and food companies, sponsors and vendors have combined over the years to raise millions helping young people like these two realize their dreams and bring the spirit of hospitality to the world.
