People always ask, “how do you give each child enough individual attention?” Well, Somedays I probably don’t. But I always try to make it a point to take different kids on errands with me whenever I can. And if you’re a single mom, simply switch up the errands to things like taking the trash out together. Cleaning the car out in the driveway. Taking turns cooking alone in the kitchen, organizing their closet together etc. It’s the little things. Those special moments that they will remember with you, and one day tell their own kids about how much they loved doing these things with just them and their mommy. (And yes, I hope my kids call me mommy even when they are adults!
