Kate and I started working together at the very end of March.
She was struggling with getting her nutrition on track, understanding what to eat for her body & goals, and overall wanted better habits.
She’s very active in the gym and works full time as a nurse, so our first goal was to make sure she was eating enough.
We started Kate on a nutrition plan of 2000 calories per day & got specific on how much protein, carbs & fats she was eating.
As a result, Kate lost 7 pounds in 2 months while losing body fat and putting on muscle.
She’s lifting heavier than ever, hitting PRs and FEELING CONFIDENT! (Which is something she was also struggling with before starting)
Kate and I are now focusing on overall strength and have started to increase her calories to help build more muscle 💪
