-I didn’t add cinnamon, but you absolutely can!
-Saffron biscuits? Yes! Add a few strands of
#TraderJoes saffron to milk before adding the milk to the biscuit mix
-Being stone fruit season, I used fresh peaches, but you can use canned.
-Peaches, bourbon, butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, brown sugar & vanilla bean paste make up the filling. I didn’t measure. The ancestors guided me
-you can use any combo of stone fruit & berries for the same outcome
-I had extra juice from the peaches, so I left it in the pan, added cream, butter & more brown sugar to make a caramel sauce
-cold cream & powdered sugar for the whipped cream & fresh mint!
