I thoroughly enjoy a good steak on occasion. I’m always gonna go for the local grass fed, bone-in ribeye 🥩. It’s the Midwest girl in me. I was always afraid to cook it at home because I’d ruin it, overcook it or just or be able to get the flavors like a good steakhouse. I was wrong. Once I learned some basic, but really helpful tips...it was on & poppin! What are they, you ask? 1. Salt your steak as soon as you get it home 2. Bring it to room temperature BEFORE cooking it 3. Cast iron, butter, herbs & garlic. Keep it simple. Of course there’s more, but you’ll have to wait until the blog post. So make sure you’re watching the stories for when that’s published! What’s your favorite #SteakhouseAtHome tip? Let me know in the comments. 💜
