May is #MentalHealthMonth. Many of us are suffering silently because of stigmas around mental health struggles. The Black community has been disproportionately affected by the pandemic. We have been quarantined in our homes and forced to watch the repeated trauma of police brutality and gun violence, confronting the well known reality of racism and discrimination in America. We’ve survived through a racist, sexist and offensive Presidential administration. We should not suffer alone. Healing takes time and community. Don’t suffer in silence. Share your stories and tell someone in your life if you are struggling. We are all in this together. #MHM
