One year ago today, Stroke Across America left Boulder, Colorado and biked 38 miles to Boyd Lake, CO. By day 40 of our 100-day journey, we had biked 1,751 miles to spread awareness about #stroke, #aphasia, #mental health, and #recovery.
In total, we biked 4,548 miles from one coast to another.
